Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of valuation or related financial advisory experience.
Strong understanding of fair value measurement principles and U.S. GAAP financial reporting requirements, including ASC 820.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple valuation engagements from planning through completion with high-quality deliverables.
Perform financial statement analysis, valuation analyses, and preparation/review of valuation reports.
Conduct management interviews and site visits to understand clients’ businesses and value drivers.
Apply valuation methodologies and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Define engagement scope, manage resources and timelines, and ensure client satisfaction within budgets.
