Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of valuation or related financial advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of fair value measurement principles and U.S. GAAP requirements (ASC 820).
• CFA, ASA, CVA or ABV designation preferred.
• Experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple valuation engagements from planning through completion.
• Perform and oversee financial statement and valuation analyses.
• Conduct management interviews and site visits to understand client business.
• Apply valuation methodologies using income, market, and cost approaches.
• Define engagement scope, manage resources and timelines.
• Ensure engagements comply with professional standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and feedback to team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
• Support business development with proposals and presentations.
• Build and maintain client relationships through networking and events.
• Collaborate across offices and service lines to expand capabilities.
