Baker Tilly US is seeking a Valuation Manager to join our growing Valuation practice. This role will lead and manage valuation engagements, oversee financial and valuation analyses, and deliver high-quality advisory services to clients.

The Valuation Manager will develop team members, strengthen client relationships, support business development, and contribute to the practice's strategic direction. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Valuation knowledge for financial reporting (ASC 820) and multiple valuation methods.
• Strong modeling skills with historical and projected data analysis.
• Experience leading engagements and mentoring teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and auditors.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage valuation engagements from planning to completion.
• Perform financial statement and valuation analyses, and prepare reports.
• Conduct management interviews and site visits to understand client businesses.
• Apply valuation methodologies and industry benchmarks to identify insights.
• Define engagement scope, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
