Baker Tilly is seeking a Valuation Manager to join our growing Valuation practice in Denver, CO. This role will lead and manage valuation engagements, oversee financial analyses, and deliver high-quality advisory services to clients.

The Valuation Manager will mentor team members, contribute to business development, and help shape the practice's strategic direction while delivering accurate, GAAP-compliant valuations for mid-market clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years valuation or related financial advisory experience.
• Understanding of fair value and US GAAP (ASC 820) or related guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple valuation engagements from planning through completion.
• Perform financial analyses, valuation analyses, and prepare review of valuation reports.
• Develop client relationships and support business development initiatives.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen capabilities.
