Job summary

Reimagined Parking seeks a Valet Supervisor to oversee daily valet operations, supervise staff, coordinate vehicle flow, and ensure safe, efficient service. The role acts as the main escalation point for guests, manages staffing coverage, and enforces company policies while maintaining a guest-centric service culture.

Responsibilities include supervising attendants, coordinating shifts, monitoring vehicle movement, handling incidents, and ensuring accurate ticketing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Prior valet, parking, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) required.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States (E‑Verify).

Responsibilities

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and assignments to meet operational demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize guest wait times.
• Serve as the on-site escalation point for guest concerns and incidents.
• Ensure accurate vehicle tracking and use of valet ticketing systems.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle-handing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Report issues and coordinate with security or facility staff as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of valet staff.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
