Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee daily valet operations on-site across assigned accounts. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest service, supervising staff, and maintaining safety and operational standards.

You will coordinate vehicle flow, lead pre-shift meetings, and work closely with the Account Manager and GSM to ensure efficient service and accurate payroll/tips reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership-related training/certifications/business background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to GSM and Account/City Manager.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll reviews, and accurate vehicle counts.
