Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Guest Service Coordinator to support valet operations, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and exceptional guest service on-site. The role involves coordinating staff, leading pre-shift meetings, and maintaining safety and service standards across accounts.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership related training/certifications/business preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; background check must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance with GSM guidance.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues and claims with professionalism.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and grooming standards; monitor attendance and shift times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to team and Account/City Manager.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee tips handling, payroll review, punches, tips, and vehicle counts.
• Supervise safety and key handling; submit incident reports and maintain safe environment.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service, accountability and safety.
• Work 40+ hours on-site at assigned accounts.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules.
