The position requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to operational excellence, with on-site work and standard full-time or part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Enforce uniform and grooming standards; monitor attendance and shift adherence.
• Lead daily pre-shift briefings and coordinate with the Account Manager for updates.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and ensure supplies are ready.
