You will lead staff, optimize workflows, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and policy compliance in a high-volume environment.

The role focuses on staff development, process improvement, and delivering a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in supervisory parking, hospitality, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management: be the primary contact for each property and maintain trust with stakeholders.
• Daily operational oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance at locations.
• Payroll management: monitor payroll and overtime to optimize labor costs.
• Team supervision and training: recruit, train, and coach hourly staff to ensure excellence.
• Communication and reporting: provide regular progress updates to management and partners.
