Job summary

Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee on-site valet operations, ensure smooth vehicle flow, and deliver outstanding guest service.

You will lead daily pre-shift briefings, monitor uniform and grooming, coordinate with the Account Manager, manage equipment and supplies, and assist with payroll and timekeeping while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer service and hospitality experience a plus; leadership training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure staff appearance, grooming, and punctuality.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team and manager.
• Manage valet equipment setup and supply levels.
• Supervise tipping procedures and assist payroll reconciliation.
• Promote safety and proper key/vehicle handling.
• Foster teamwork and exceptional guest service.
• Support scheduling and assignment of staff across accounts.
