Job summary

PARKING MANAGEMENT COMPANY seeks a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support valet operations on-site. You will coordinate vehicle flow, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while enforcing safety and company standards.

You will lead pre-shift meetings, handle guest inquiries, and assist with payroll-related tasks and equipment management. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure staff are in full uniform and adhere to grooming standards; monitor attendance and shifts.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the Account Manager; foster teamwork.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
