Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a dedicated Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to ensure smooth valet operations, exceptional guest service, and effective staff coordination at on-site accounts.

In this role you will lead daily pre-shift meetings, monitor uniform and grooming standards, oversee tip handling and payroll, and promote safety and teamwork while delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certifications/business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Ensure associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards; monitor attendance and shift times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team and manager.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and stocking of supplies.
