Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is a national leader in hospitality-focused parking services. The Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator role supports on-site valet operations, delivering high-touch guest service and leading staff in a fast-paced environment.

The position reports to the Account Manager, is Full Time / Part-Time, non-exempt, with hourly compensation and tips opportunities that vary by market. On-site work is required across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues.
• Ensure associates are in full uniform and on-time.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team.
• Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and supplies.
• Oversee tip handling and payroll submissions.
• Promote safety and incident reporting in operations.
• Foster teamwork and deliver exceptional guest service.
