Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory and customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or management training/certs are a plus.
• Strong communication and hospitality mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure associates wear uniforms and maintain grooming standards.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team.
• Manage valet equipment setup/breakdown and supply readiness.
• Oversee tips, payroll, punches, and vehicle counts for accuracy.
• Promote safety and maintain a positive, high-service environment.
• Foster teamwork and accountability across the operation.
