The Guest Service Coordinator role supports operations, guest service, and staff management, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

The position involves supervising valet teams, coordinating vehicle flow, and leading pre-shift briefings to maintain PMC’s high standards and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates with the Account Manager and team.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas; ensure supplies are stocked.
