Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of guest, client and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest services, hiring, training, and performance, directing work, and reporting on financials and metrics.

The role requires leadership to deliver Towne Park’s standards, oversee labor, and maintain strong client relations while driving productivity and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park safety, security, and driving policies.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s customer service standards and confidentiality policies.
• Ability to use MS Office and POS applications.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire and train associates; manage performance and coaching.
• Set expectations and orient new hires; provide growth opportunities and feedback.
• Build relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication.
• Forecast, track productivity, revenue and turnover; manage scheduling and timekeeping.
