Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee guest and client satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will lead the guest services team, hire and train associates, schedule work, and manage performance while upholding Towne’s service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational skills, with responsibilities for revenue reporting, labor optimization, and ensuring safety and service excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service across all shifts.
• Allocate labor and monitor productivity against standards.
• Recruit and hire effectiveness; respond to feedback.
• Guide new associates with orientation and training.
• Coach, train, and evaluate direct reports; conduct appraisals.
• Build relationships with client staff and maintain regular meetings.
• Monitor revenue, shift reports, and controls on scheduling and timekeeping.
