Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee guest services at a designated location. You will supervise associates, hire and train staff, schedule shifts, manage performance, and uphold Towne Park’s service standards.

The role emphasizes client relations, financial reporting, and ensuring safety and quality in guest experiences. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and conducting regular performance reviews while coordinating with the Account Manager to meet client

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s safety, security and customer service policies
• Knowledge of client facilities and services; safety procedures and billing practices
• Knowledge of labor scheduling, revenue reporting and KPI concepts

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently across shifts
• Manages recruitment, training, evaluation and discharge of associates
• Plans, assigns and directs work; conducts performance appraisals and coaching
• Develops client relationships and maintains regular communication with the client
• Drives revenue reporting, shift reconciliation and timekeeping accuracy
• Oversees labor allocation and adherence to service standards
• Manages compensation and benefits discussions with the client and team
