Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure outstanding guest/patient service and to lead a small team at a designated location. You will recruit, train, and evaluate associates, manage daily operations, and help meet client expectations with strong communication and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor, monitoring revenue reporting, and ensuring service quality across shifts while maintaining a positive work environment and adherence to Towne Park policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 1 year of related hospitality experience preferred; strong guest services mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest/patient services across shifts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate associates; direct work and provide coaching.
• Monitor performance, conduct appraisals, and address disciplinary matters.
• Develop relationships with clients and staff; ensure alignment with client expectations.
