Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will manage guest services, hiring, training, evaluating and directing work, and address performance issues to meet service standards.

Responsibilities include aligning with client standards, overseeing revenue reporting, scheduling, and ensuring safety while mentoring a team of at least two associates.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate associates; manage performance and coaching.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate with client staff, and ensure site objectives are met.
• Oversee scheduling, labor allocation, and revenue reporting; maintain controls.
• Supervise a minimum of two associates and provide guidance for growth.
