Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest/patient services, hire and train staff, assign work, and manage performance with a focus on safety and quality.

You will allocate labor, support recruitment, guide new hires, review client expectations, and drive metrics like revenue accuracy, scheduling, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 year hospitality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Recruit and hire associates, provide training and appraisals.
• Coordinate labor resources to meet service standards and productivity goals.
• Maintain regular client communications and meet commitments.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting for the location.
