Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager at a designated Towne Park location to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction. You will oversee guest/patient services, hire and train associates, plan and direct work, and manage performance and budgets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, recruiting, building relationships with client staff, and ensuring revenue/shift reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently across shifts.
• Efficiently allocate labor resources to support service delivery.
• Recruit, hire and train associates; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop relationships with client staff and maintain communication to exceed expectations.
• Drive business metrics and ensure accurate revenue reporting and shift reconciliation.
