Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager in a designated Towne Park location to lead guest services, supervise a small team, and ensure high levels of client and associate satisfaction. Responsibilities include hiring and training, directing daily work, and handling performance evaluations and reporting.

A strong focus on safety, service standards, and client relations is required. Requirements include an associate degree or equivalent preferred, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s equipment training, policies and procedures for use in a safe and efficient manner.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s claim check, ticketing and key box training, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction.
• Hire, train, evaluate and discharge associates.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Manage finances and reporting; scheduling and timekeeping.
• Maintain relationships with the client and ensure service excellence.
