Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high guest, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will manage guest services, hire/train staff, assign work, and supervise at least two associates while overseeing performance and financial reporting.

The role requires a minimum one year of hospitality experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of client service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park safety and security procedures.
• Knowledge of client service standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and discharge associates as needed.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and performance appraisals; report financials.
