Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest services, hire and train staff, plan and direct work, and manage performance and finances.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, handling complaints, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring revenue accuracy. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park's safety and security procedures.
• Ability to operate MS Office and POS applications.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate associates; direct performance reviews.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client objectives are met.
• Plan and direct work, monitor finances, and report on metrics.
• Coach and develop the team; address complaints and provide guidance.
