Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to oversee guest and client satisfaction at a designated location. You will hire, train, evaluate and, when needed, discharge associates, plan and direct work, and manage financial reporting to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include optimizing guest experiences through staffing decisions, coaching, and performance appraisals; maintaining strong client relationships; and driving operations metrics while ensuring adherence to company

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service and hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Familiarity with staffing and scheduling in a service environment.

Responsibilities
