Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure exceptional guest service and client satisfaction at a designated location. You will hire and train staff, manage operations, and monitor performance and revenue reporting to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and strong communication to deliver Towne Park’s service standards and safety policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s policies, safety procedures and client service standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems; ability to use business software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a Towne Park location.
• Hire, train, evaluate and discharge associates as needed.
• Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and manage finances and reporting.
• Address customer complaints and maintain revenue controls across shifts.
• Develop relationships with client staff and ensure team aligns with client objectives.
