Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure top-tier guest and client satisfaction at a designated location. You will supervise at least two associates, hire and train staff, and manage operations, finances, and performance evaluations to meet service standards.

The role involves coordinating with the client, reporting metrics, and maintaining smooth guest experiences across shifts, including handling complaints and improving overall service quality.

Qualifications

• One year of hospitality experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at the Towne Park location.
• Manage guest/patient services and supervise a minimum of two associates.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and, if needed, discharge associates.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and report on finances.
• Address customer complaints and maintain service quality across shifts.
• Maintain relationships with client staff and ensure team alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee revenue-related duties: shift reports, cash drops, and revenue reconciliation.
