Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a professional Valet Parking Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with parking, and provide top-tier hospitality. You will drive guest cars with care, issue tickets, open doors, offer directions, and coordinate with Door Staff to ensure a seamless experience for a luxury guest experience in a vibrant Los Angeles setting.

• Valid California driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Minimum one year of experience in luxury hospitality as a Valet Parking Attendant.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests arriving by private car and assists with valet service.
• Issues appropriate valet parking ticket when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Drives hotel vehicles or to local garages, obeying traffic regulations and safety.
• Opens hotel doors for guests and provides directions and information about the city.
• Handles guest interactions with hospitality, resolves inquiries related to hotel services.
• Hails taxis as needed.

What we expect:

• Greetsguests who arrive by private car andassistsguests descending from cars.
• Issuesappropriate valetparking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle and other vehicles in the vicinity.Yields to pedestrians.
• Assesses any damage tovehicle.Clearlynotesany damageonclaim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked.Depositskey and ticket with Valet Cashier.
• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.Hailstaxis as needed.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints,assistscustomers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.

Ideal candidate will have:
