Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is a luxury property seeking a security team member responsible for patrols and safety across the hotel, including interior and exterior areas, guest safety, and rapid incident response.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in hotel security, excellent communication and written reporting skills, and a commitment to the brand's service standards. The role offers an hourly wage with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Minimum one year experience or related work.
Experience in Hotel security preferred.
Good communication and written skills.
Must have good report writing and grammar skills.

Responsibilities

Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel to ensure that all staff and guests are in compliance with preventative safety and security measures.
Experienced in CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control.
Assist in the investigation of crimes and accidents occurring in the hotel and create incident reports of guest and employee accidents and incidents.
Assist in handling of unusual guest or employee problems, such as, but not limited to noise complaints, disorderly conduct, theft, power failures etc. Prepare documentation and incident reports as needed.
Respond and assist with all emergency situations in the hotel as necessary.
Operate and control the keys, lock system, alarm system, surveillance system and fire protection system including master key audits and employee bag checks.
