Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills is seeking a Valet Attendant who greets guests, parks and retrieves vehicles, and assists guests with luggage. You will ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests in a luxury setting.

The role requires a clean driving record, the ability to work weekends/holidays/overnights, and excellent communication and guest-service skills. Join a brand renowned for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be available weekends, holidays and some overnights.
• Required to hold a clean driving record and a current driving license.
• Excellent communication skills as well as guest contact and organization skills.
• Previous guest experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the US.

Responsabilités

• Greet guest arriving at the hotel and drive their vehicle safely to the designated parking area.
• Greet guest departing and return vehicle safely.
• Completely fill out parking tickets with all necessary vehicle details & inspect vehicle for any damage.
• Assist guest with luggage from vehicles when necessary.

Responsibilities

Job duties include but are not limited to:
