Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking a Bell Attendant to ensure a smooth arrival and departure for guests. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, valet vehicles, and support smooth operations at the Bell Stand in a luxury hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar role in a luxury setting, holds a valid US driver’s license, and can multi-task while standing for long periods. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel guest service is preferred.
• Must have a current US driver’s license with clean record.
• Fluency in English is required for this location.

Responsabilités

About the role:

TheBell Attendantis a central part of theGuest ServicesTeam whose mainobjectiveis to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience.Greetsall incoming visitors with a smile and friendly attitude.Assistsguests with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transportsguestsand hotel packages and parcels. Valets guest vehicles.As the first and last impression of the Hotel, thishigh-profiledepartment carries a special responsibility. TheBell Standis also the natural place whereguests’direct comments, questions,suggestions,and concerns.

What you will do:

• Greetsguests and escorts them to their rooms.
• Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.
• Valet guest vehicles in the garage andretrieve themwhenrequested.
• Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Helps resolve customer complaints,assistsguests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman,ValetDriverorHouse carAttendant.Greetall guests with a smile andofferthemassistance.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Performs duties related to guests and residents’ seasonal equipment storage or delivery of ski equipment and mountain bikesand related gear.
• Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the hotel property.
• Ability to use computer systems such as Opera,HotSOSand MS Excel.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum1+yearsofexperiencein a similar role,in a luxury hotel settingpreferred.
• Possession of a currentUSdriver’slicense and proof of clean driving record.Comfortable drivinga variety of vehicles including manual transmissionsrequired.
• Requiresthe ability to multi-task onseveral items atonce.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight hours per shift.
• The ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200lbs as well as the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100lbsrequired.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such,good communicationskills are a necessity.
• Flexible schedulerequiredfor AM and PM shifts.
• Fluency in English isrequiredfor this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanisha plus.
