Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Room Attendant to maintain our luxury guest rooms with meticulous care. You will be on PM shifts, cleaning occupied rooms, restocking supplies, and upholding our high standards of comfort and service.

The ideal candidate is able to lift up to 40 lb, stand for long periods, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic English is required, and you’ll be part of a team that delivers warm, polished experiences to our guests.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must interpersonal skills.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb.
• Basic English is required.
• Standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Clean occupied rooms and replace towels from Linen Closet.
• Wipe bathroom surfaces and fold clothes, placing them appropriately.
• Remove Room Service trays and open drapes; set lighting and bed.
• Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, pens.
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown.
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied and late check-out rooms.
• Assist with Lobby/Desk/House Attendant duties when needed.

What we expect:

• Have a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.

• Wipes down any wet surfaces in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot.

• Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.

• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.

• Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.

• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.

• Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Desk Attendant and House Attendant.
