Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is hiring a Valet Parking Attendant who greets guests, escorts vehicles, and delivers exceptional hospitality at a luxury property in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate holds a California driver's license, a clean driving record, and experience in luxury hospitality valet services. The role requires full-time availability with a strong customer-service mindset and attentiveness to safety and city information.

Qualifications

• A valid California driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic.
• At least one-year experience in luxury hospitality setting as Valet Parking Attendant.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests who arrive by private car and assists guests descending from cars.
• Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests when Door Staff is unavailable.
• Drives car to hotel or local garage, adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Yields to pedestrians.
• Assesses any damage to vehicle. Clearly notes any damage on claim ticket along with location of vehicle when parked.
• Opens hotel doors for all guests and gives verbal welcome when not parking or retrieving guest cars.
• Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hails taxis as needed.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
