Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is seeking an on-site Banquet Server. You will set up and break down tables and banquet spaces, ensure supplies are stocked and the space remains clean and organized for events.

The role offers an hourly wage with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, 401K, wellness investments, free on-site parking, training, and complimentary employee meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• 1-2 years in hospitality service or comparable experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set up.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, buffets, and props per banquet orders.
• Stock linen, china, silverware, and service supplies in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of all banquet spaces per maintenance plans.
• Retrieve and store meeting materials and props securely.

What We Expect

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely.

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• 1-2 years in hospitality service or comparable experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set up.
