Parking Management Company in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support daily valet operations on-site. You will ensure seamless guest experiences, supervise staff, and uphold service standards across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle flow, leading pre-shift meetings, handling guest inquiries, and overseeing payroll-related tasks while promoting safety and teamwork. On-site role with full-time/part-time flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead a team and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure uniform and grooming standards; monitor attendance and clock-in times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to the team and manager.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas; stock supplies.
• Oversee tip handling and assist with payroll, punches, and vehicle counts.
• Supervise safety and risk management; submit incident reports and maintain a safe environment.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
• Work 40+ hours on-site at assigned accounts.
• Attend staff meetings and required training modules.
