Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support on-site valet operations. You will oversee staff performance, ensure smooth vehicle flow, and uphold high guest service standards across accounts.

This non-exempt, hourly role offers tips and requires a valid driver’s license, reliability, and the ability to work 40+ hours on-site. Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and prior supervisory or hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and maintain open communication with managers.
• Monitor uniform and grooming, attendance and adherence to break and shift times.
• Ensure safety, key handling, and incident reporting.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll review, and vehicle counts.
