Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee daily valet operations, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and exceptional guest service. You will lead pre-shift briefings, monitor staff performance, and coordinate with the Account Manager to uphold service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license. On-site, full-time or part-time hours with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operational support: oversee daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Guest service and issue resolution: address questions and concerns promptly.
• Team appearance and compliance: ensure full uniform and grooming standards.
• Communication and leadership: lead daily pre-shift meetings and coordinate with management.
• Equipment and supplies: manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and ensure stock.
• Tip and payroll oversight: review tips, punches, and vehicle counts for accuracy.
• Safety and risk management: supervise for safe key handling and vehicle management.
• Team support: foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Schedule: work 40+ hours on-site; attend required trainings.
• Additional responsibilities: assist with business needs and meetings.
