• Monitor guest service and uniform standards; provide feedback and administer fair discipline under guidance.
• Communicate with associates and client contacts; resolve guest and operational concerns to improve service and retention.
• Audit weekly timecards, clock punches, and vehicle counts; ensure accurate reporting and revenue procedures.
