Parking Management Company in Texas seeks a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee daily valet operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and supervise staff across on-site accounts.

You will lead pre-shift meetings, coordinate vehicle flow, monitor uniforms and attendance, and promote safety and teamwork while delivering top-tier guest experiences. This role requires on-site work, 40+ hours weekly, and responsiveness to guests and managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and monitor attendance and break/shift times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain open communication with the Account Manager.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and supplies.
• Oversee payroll-related tasks including punches, tips, and vehicle counts.
• Supervise safety and key/vehicle handling; submit incident reports.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
• Work 40+ hours on-site at assigned accounts.
