Towne Park, LLC. is seeking an Associate Manager at a Texas location to ensure high levels of guest, client and associate satisfaction. You will oversee guest services, hire/train/discharge associates, plan and direct work, evaluate performance, and manage revenue reporting.

This role requires leadership across shifts and a focus on safety and service standards. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, handling customer issues, coordinating with Account Manager, and maintaining strong client

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery and productivity goals.
• Leads recruitment and hiring to secure skilled associates.
• Assists Account Manager with guidelines and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintains client relationships and communicates with the client regularly.
• Drives business metrics and ensures accurate revenue reporting.
