Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure top-tier guest and patient service at a designated Towne Park location. You will hire, train, evaluate, and direct associates, manage workloads, and monitor client satisfaction.

You will also oversee performance appraisals, revenue reports, and scheduling controls, driving safety and service standards while maintaining strong client relationships. This role is based in Texas with responsibilities across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park procedures, client standards and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest/patient service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate associates; coach and discipline as needed.
• Assist Account Manager in setting guidelines and orienting new associates; evaluate performance.
• Develop relationships with client staff; maintain regular meeting rhythms and communications.
• Monitor business metrics and ensure accurate revenue reporting and timekeeping.
