Job summary

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Towne Park procedures and safety policies.
• Knowledge of client facility operations and access control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experiences are delivered consistently across shifts.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate associates; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Monitor labor allocation and staffing against service levels.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvements with the team.
• Manage revenue reports, shift reports, and cash handling with accuracy.
