Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest services, supervise a small team and collaborate with clients to meet service standards.

You will recruit, train and evaluate staff, plan and direct work, and manage performance and coaching. Strong hospitality experience and ability to balance operations with financial controls are required for success.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Hospitality or guest services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest/patient service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and discharge associates as needed.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; supervise performance and coaching.
• Develop relationships with client staff and maintain communication.
• Manage revenue reporting and controls, including shift reports and cash handling.
