Job summary

Towne Park is hiring an Associate Manager at a Towne Park location to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction. You will supervise guest services, recruit and train staff, and manage performance, scheduling and financial reporting to meet client expectations.

The role requires hospitality experience, a valid driver's license and strong leadership, communication and safety orientation to drive service excellence at the site.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s safety, security and customer service procedures.
• Knowledge of revenue reporting, scheduling and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire and train associates; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Allocate labor resources to meet service standards and productivity goals.
• Maintain regular client communication and ensure team alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee revenue reporting, cash drops, and end-of-shift reconciliations; manage disciplinary actions when needed.
