ACE Parking is seeking an Assistant Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily valet operations and lead a team of valet attendants. You will collaborate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in parking or hospitality management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of parking or hospitality management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading a high-end customer facing parking or Valet program.
• Strong leadership and management skills a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of day-to-day valet operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
• Assist with personnel planning, interviewing, training oversight, and performance reviews.
• Assist with implementing procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule valet attendants and staff.
• Maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain safety for employees and guests and upkeep of valet equipment and area.
