Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking an Assistant Account Manager for the Valet Parking Operations team. The role concentrates on guest service leadership, HR support, payroll oversight, and operational efficiency across assigned locations.

You will supervise daily valet activities, train associates, manage performance, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining excellent client relations and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean background check.
• Experience in payroll, timekeeping, and reporting preferred.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service leadership and staff training to meet PMC guest service standards.
• Supervise valet operations, vehicle parking/retrieval, and key handling procedures; enforce safety protocols.
• Lead HR tasks: interviewing, onboarding, training, performance management; ensure certifications and policy adherence.
• Uphold service standards, professional appearance, and fair progressive discipline under Account Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear client communication; anticipate client needs and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Audit associate timecards, tips, wage adjustments, and vehicle counts; produce accurate payroll reports.
• Assist revenue management by following SOPs and proper reporting processes.
• Identify high-potential associates for development and internal promotions.
• Provide 24/7 operational support for urgent issues and maintain uninterrupted service.
• Oversee company initiatives for consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment.
