Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park procedures and safety policies.
• Ability to manage guest services and finances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to meet service delivery goals.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of associates.
• Guide new associates with orientation and training; coach and discipline when needed.
• Develop relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication.
• Manage revenue reporting and shift-end reconciliations.
• Oversee performance evaluations and provide feedback.
