Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. The role covers guest services, staffing oversight, training, and performance management for a minimum of two associates.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching teams, aligning labor with demand, and maintaining revenue accuracy. Strong communication with the client and a focus on safety and quality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate associates at the location.
• Efficiently allocate labor resources to meet service and productivity goals.
• Coach, discipline and appraise direct reports; support onboarding and ongoing development.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain regular communication with the client team.
• Manage revenue reporting, shift reconciliations and adherence to scheduling controls.
