Job summary

Towne Park is hiring an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest services, staffing, training, performance reviews, and daily operations while managing revenue reporting and compliance with company policies.

The role requires at least 1 year in hospitality, a valid driver's license, and an Associate’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year in hospitality or guest services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally across shifts.
• Assist Account Manager with hiring and coaching; conduct regular performance appraisals.
• Develop client relationships and ensure team alignment with client objectives.
• Manage labor resources and scheduling to meet service and productivity goals.
• Monitor revenue reports and ensure accurate cash handling.
